Yoga is a great way to improve strength, balance and flexibility, help with back pain, and promote better sleep, and Suzi has designed a programme of yoga classes to suit all levels and interests, including yoga classes for kids, and families. After stretching out your body on the mat, go for a swim or a paddle in the public pool on the banks of the Shannon – feeling the cold afterwards? No problem! Half an hour spent in the mobile sauna looking out over the river should help warm you up! Additional benefits of the sauna include boosting heart health and clearing your pores – what’s not to like? If you feel like slowing down after all that activity, you could try a Reiki session with local practitioner Tabatha. Of course, if you still have energy to burn you could take a walk around the town’s park and marina, or head back out on the water for kayaking, stand-up-paddle-boarding and  canoeing.
