Thabata Holistic is passionate about life and Ireland. Her mission is to bring joy, movement, and a sense of community to enhance our quality of life. Thabata has been leading chair yoga sessions at the Alzheimer’s Centre in Birr and organising mini-retreats in Banagher that include yoga, sauna and ice baths. She is dedicated to creating a fun and joyful environment where people can enjoy self-care and wellness activities.
