Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Have you wanted to try Stand Up Paddle Boarding, here is your chance. Mid Ireland Adventure is hosting a splash and dash SUP taster on Saturday 15th July. We supply, buoyancy aids, and helmets, You bring togs, towel, and a YOUR sense of Adventure!

Session 1. 2pm – 3pm.

Session 2 3pm – 4pm

Session 3 4pm – 5pm.
