Have you wanted to try Stand Up Paddle Boarding, here is your chance. Mid Ireland Adventure are hosting a splash and dash SUP taster on Saturday 27th July. We supply, buoyancy aids, and helmets, You bring togs,  a towel and a YOUR sense of Adventure!
