The Sunrise Social Midlands is a community in association with Caroline McKenna from @acountydownunder. There are over 50 of these communities worldwide, developed with the primary goal of bringing people together to ensure nobody feels alone. The aim of the group (which meets on a regular basis) is to bring like-minded people together for walks, swims, coffee, sunrises, sunsets, and more.
People can join the Sunrise Social Midlands at the benches in front of the Banagher swimming pool at 11.00 am on Saturday 15th July.
The group will go for a stroll, and a dip in the pool, and of course make time for a coffee and a chat at the Martello coffee Dock afterwards!
